Overview
E-BOARD is a DIN rail mountable micro-controller board with a LAN connection. It has been designed to be used in a professional home automation scenario. E-BOARD can control up to 64 channel smart switches.
E-BOARD features STM32F103 micro-controller running at 72Mhz. It uses an ENC28J60 ethernet controller to allow a wired ethernet connection on your local network. A LAN connection is fast, stable, reliable and secure. E-BOARD is IEEE 802.3 compatible, it has a unique MAC address provided by 24AA02E48.
E-BOARD is shipped with a firmware that allows control of E-RELAY smart switches in a single or double configuration. The double switch controls are used with a bi-directional AC motor. The firmware can control lights and shutters at the same time. The firmware allows a different activation timer for each smart switch. E-BOARD has an embedded Web Server which can be used to control the device, as well as, adjusting its settings. E-BOARD provides a client connection to an MQTT server that allows control by an external home automation service. The firmware can be updated Over the Air (OTA).
E-BOARD must be used in combination with E-RELAY.

Main features
Controls up to 64 smart switches. E-BOARD can be connected in a daisy chain mode to 8 E-RELAY devices.
Remotely controls lights, appliances, irrigation and valves via mobile phone, tablet, PC, or home automation system.
Controls bi-directional AC motors for covers such as roller shutters, blinds, garage doors, awnings etc.
Works in a local LAN network.
Embedded Web Server to control the device and its setting adjustments.
Status LED indicators and reboot button.
Scheduling Auto re-boot to improve stability.
DIN mountable.
LAN Ethernet port.
12 VDC power input.
Use cases
Remote control and automates the operation of various home electrics such as lights, appliances, fans, and other devices.
Performs multi zone irrigation for your garden.
Remote control of motorised blinds, roller shutters, garage doors and awnings. It is recommended to use only motors with electronic or mechanical limit switches. The motor limit switches must be set correctly before connecting the motor to a PG LAB Electronics device..
