RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pglab.dev. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
From the date of Customer’s receipt of merchandise, you have 30 days to contact PG LAB Electronics customer support that you are in desire to return any or all products from your order. After our colleagues replied, you have 14 days to return your Product.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
SAFETY AND MANUFACTURING
PG LAB Electronics products comply with the directives of the European Community (EC) for product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), essential safety, RoHS.
All components and solder alloys used in this product comply with the RoHS Directive. The RoHS Directive prevents all new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market in the European Economic Area from containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, poly-brominated biphenyls (PBB) and poly-brominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
TESTING
PG LAB Electronics products are subject to triple testing to make sure they are not faulty:
First, printed circuit boards are thoroughly tested for short circuits and open connections.
Then, the device is powered (and, in products containing a microcontroller, a test firmware is programmed) to check that there are no macroscopic problems preventing the device from turning on and all single parts are working properly.
Finally, the most in-depth test: the device is placed in a standard working condition to check its overall functionality.
WARRANTIES
PG LAB Electronics warrants that its products will conform to the specifications, free from defects and workmanship. If the product is bought outside the EU this warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of the sale. If the product is bought in the EU this warranty lasts for two (2) years from the date of the sale. PG LAB Electronics shall not be liable for any defects that are caused by neglect, misuse or mistreatment by the Customer, including improper installation or testing, or for any products that have been altered or modified in any way by the Customer. The Customer agrees to use PG LAB Electronics products according to the technical specification.
PG LAB Electronics reserves the right to either repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the affected product at our discretion.
The Customer agrees that prior to using any systems that include PG LAB Electronics products, the Customer will test such systems and the functionality of the products as used in such systems. PG LAB Electronics may provide technical, applications or design advice or other services. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that providing these services shall not expand or otherwise alter PG LAB Electronics’s warranties, as set forth above, and that no additional obligations or liabilities shall arise from PG LAB Electronics providing such services.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all legal, regulatory and safety-related requirements concerning the products and any use of PG LAB Electronics products in the Customer’s applications, not withstanding any applications-related information or support that may be provided by PG LAB Electronics.
PG LAB Electronics products are not authorised for use in safety critical applications where a failure of the PG LAB Electronics product would reasonably be expected to cause severe personal injury or death. PG LAB Electronics product are designed for only home, gardening or light industrial automation environments. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any use of PG LAB Electronics products outside the recommendation is solely at the Customer’s risk, and that the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in connection with such use.
PG LAB Electronics may make changes to specifications and product descriptions at any time, without notice. The Customer must not rely on the absence or characteristics of any features or instructions marked “reserved” or “undefined”. PG LAB Electronics reserves these for future definition and shall have no responsibility whatsoever for conflicts or incompatibilities arising from future changes to them. The product information on the Web Site or Materials is subject to change without notice. Do not finalise a design with this information.
PG LAB Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of the cause of such damages and whether or not PG LAB Electronics has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of PG LAB Electronics to the customer, arising out of or related to the supply and use of its products and services, shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific products and/or services from which the claim arises.
