Shipping Policy

The method of shipment and carrier is selected by PG LAB Electronics S.r.ls. Delivery time changes depend on carrier and destination country as indicated in the checkout phase. Carrier delivery time does not include the order processing period. PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for the carrier late deliveries. Once the goods have been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number.

WAREHOUSE

All orders addressed to Europe are shipped from our EU warehouse located in Chiavari, Italy.

TAXES AND DUTIES

PG LAB Electronics automatically charges and collects the appropriate sales tax for orders delivered within the EU. For orders shipped to other countries, customers are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes that may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to report and pay these taxes as required by local laws and regulations.

Orders shipped outside the EU can be subject to customs controls for duties and VAT for import. PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to customs control. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and any additional charges that may be incurred. These charges vary by country and are not calculated or collected by PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s.

RETURNS

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. offers a 30-day return policy for products returned in their original, new condition. If a product is functioning but not in new condition, it can be returned 60 days from the date of purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

REFUNDS

After receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable and, unless it is our error with the order, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
